Welcome to the Simpletransfer Community! This platform was created to help football players develop, connect with each other and maximize their career opportunities. We pride ourselves on fostering an engaged and respectful community where every player can develop. The following guidelines are designed to ensure that all members have the best possible experience and respect each other.

1. Respect and friendliness
   • All members are obliged to treat each other in a respectful and friendly manner. Insults, discrimination, bullying or other disrespectful behavior have no place in the community.
   • Discuss constructively and support other members. Remember that everyone is here to grow and learn.
2. Positive behavior in discussions
   • Use the platform to learn and share knowledge. Discussions should always remain factual and positive.
   • Avoid spam, advertising or unsolicited promotion of products, services or your own channels.
3. Responsible handling of personal information
   • Protect your own and other members’ personal data. Do not share sensitive information such as private contact information, passwords or bank details.
   • Be careful when sharing videos, images or other content. Make sure that you have all the necessary rights and are not infringing any copyrights.
4. Live Calls and Events
   • When participating in live calls and events (such as community events or showcases), we expect everyone to act professionally and respectfully.
   • Respect other people’s time – be punctual, well prepared and interact actively when possible.
   • Please note that all conversations in live formats should be conducted respectfully. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

   • At events where scouts or other professional footballers are present, always behave professionally. This is your chance to showcase yourself – take this opportunity seriously.
   • Be prepared: Give your best performance, be on time and make sure your behavior is positive and respectful both on and off the field.
   • Follow the instructions of the event organizers and respect the decisions of the scouts.
6. Networking and cooperation
   • The community thrives on collaboration. Take the opportunity to exchange ideas with other players and learn from each other.
   • Be open to new contacts and support other players on their journey, both through feedback and collaboration.
7. Prohibited content
   • The publication or dissemination of violence, hate speech, discriminatory statements, illegal content or otherwise offensive material is strictly prohibited.
   • Uploading copyrighted material without permission is also not permitted.
8. Behavior in the social media
   • When representing Simpletransfer on social media, remember that you reflect the community and the company in your behavior. Always remain respectful, professional and responsible.
   • All members are invited to share their successes, but always be mindful to remain humble and respectful.

   • Misuse of the platform or technical manipulation is prohibited. Make sure that you do not exploit any security vulnerabilities or damage the platform in any other way.

10. Consequences of violations
    • Violations of the community guidelines may result in a warning or, in the worst case, exclusion from the platform. Simpletransfer reserves the right to permanently exclude members who repeatedly violate these guidelines from the platform.

    • Your opinion counts! We encourage all members to give feedback and make suggestions to improve the platform. If you have ideas or encounter problems, please get in touch with our support team.
