Above all, the provision of a contact portal (the “Simpletransfer portal”) for players and clubs as a target group. The Simpletransfer portal enables (amateur) soccer players and young soccer talents in particular to present themselves online to clubs and thus enable new challenges. At the same time, it simplifies and facilitates contact for clubs. Partners can also exchange information with clubs and players.
Contractual partners who are our customers can register as a club/player/partner via the Simpletransfer website and access the Simpletransfer portal in accordance with the legal and commercial conditions set out here. This is only possible with the consent of the GTCs. The following data protection provisions apply to all customers of the website. This means for clubs, players and partners who register for the website.
1.1 Simpletransfer enables registered customers to get in touch with other users. Each customer can decide for themselves whether they are currently looking for a new contractual partner.
1.2 Simpletransfer is aware that the protection and careful handling of the Customer’s personal data is very important. We therefore treat all data privately and with great care.
1.3 Customers have the right and obligation to update, edit, replace and/or change their details and data in accordance with these data protection provisions and the terms of use. No customer is obliged to do this. It only increases the chances of a suitable transfer.
2.1 Simpletransfer uses the following personal data for the purpose of operating Simpletransfer and the customer’s participation:
The customer from the player’s point of view:
Mandatory fields: Name (first name / surname), e-mail address
Additional fields (not mandatory): Gender, birthday, telephone, contract status, main position, height, place of residence, canton, search status, secondary position, strong foot, visibility settings in relation to other users, profile picture, league played
The customer from the association’s perspective:
Mandatory fields: Contact person, e-mail address, name of the club
Additional fields (freely selectable or enterable): Club logo, player search (by size, position, canton, league played)
Your data will be used for the following purposes: Your e-mail address and telephone number are required for contacting other customers. The other data is used to customize the search function to your profile as much as possible. This allows other users to find you faster and better. We also need the contact information ourselves to contact you with questions and information. We would like to take this opportunity to mention once again that all the details mentioned under additional fields are not mandatory fields.
The customer from the partner’s point of view:
2.2 Registration always takes place with the mandatory information. This allows us to check your identification. Only then can you complete your profile as you wish.

9.2 The customer hereby confirms that the data filled in by him is correct.
9.3 The customer agrees that his IP address and log files (data on the use of the website www.Simpletransfer) may be used to create user profiles.
